Before booking a Rann Utsav-labelled package, confirm the operator, exact accommodation, travel dates, transfer points and included programme. Similar package names can describe different stays and service arrangements.
Read the programme alongside your tickets
An included transfer is useful only if it matches your arrival. Ask what happens when your train or flight is late and whether an alternative pickup costs extra. Check the final-day programme against your departure connection too. A sightseeing inclusion that forces you to leave early may not provide much value for your particular journey.
Compare the actual stay details
Look for the accommodation name, category, bathroom arrangement, climate-control facilities and meal basis in writing. Ask which activities are operated by the property and which require separate booking. Do not assume photographs of a festival, cultural performance or landscape represent a guaranteed experience on every date.
Before you book
- Verify the named accommodation
- Match transfers to arrival and departure
- Ask for date-specific activity inclusions
A common question
Are festival dates the same every year?
Do not assume so. Check the current organiser's programme for your intended season before booking. Avoid using an old blog's dates as the basis for non-refundable travel arrangements.
