Note: If full payment is not received within the specified time, the booking is subject to automatic cancellation without any refund.
Cancellation and refunds policy
Cancellation charges are based on the number of days before arrival and calculated on the tour/service cost.
- 60 days or more before arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 59 to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost.
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days or less before arrival, or no-show: No refund.
Seven-day rule: Cancellation requested 7 days or less before arrival results in a 0% refund. The 50% cancellation charge applies only to the 14-to-8-day window.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds typically take 2 to 4 weeks to process due to standard banking and intermediary procedures.
