Plan mobility support through specific questions about the traveller, hotel and each visit. Labels such as accessible or senior-friendly are not enough to confirm that a room, vehicle or temple approach will work.
Describe the actual requirement
Explain the mobility aid, transfer assistance and walking limitations the traveller wants considered. Ask hotels about lift access, doorways, bathroom layout and steps between the entrance and room. Request recent information from the property rather than relying only on an old listing. Where health affects the journey, seek advice from an appropriate professional.
Check the last part of each visit
The vehicle may not reach the entrance of an attraction. Ask about the remaining distance, surface, queues and available assistance. Build in a comfortable alternative when access is uncertain. A good plan gives the traveller a genuine choice rather than promising access and improvising on arrival.
Before you book
- Request property-specific access details
- Check vehicle entry and exit
- Confirm the final approach to each site
A common question
Can accessibility be guaranteed for an entire Gujarat circuit?
Only verified arrangements can be described confidently, and conditions may still change. Ask for written details for each key stop and an agreed alternative where suitable access cannot be confirmed.
