Choose a tour vehicle by passenger comfort, luggage space and the daily route, not only by the advertised number of seats. A vehicle that fits everyone on paper may feel crowded once bags and everyday belongings are loaded.
Describe the group accurately
Share the number of adults and children, luggage quantity and any access needs. Ask for the vehicle category and seating arrangement in writing. If the exact model may change, clarify what an equivalent replacement means. Travellers who need easier entry or extra space should explain that before the quotation is finalised.
Look at the longest travel day
A vehicle may feel comfortable for a short airport transfer but different over a long intercity journey. Compare the seating, air-conditioning arrangement and space for breaks. Ask about driver duty, night travel and additional use so the group understands the operating boundaries as well as the vehicle itself.
Before you book
- Count luggage as well as passengers
- Check the longest transfer day
- Clarify equivalent replacement vehicles
A common question
Can we upgrade the vehicle during the tour?
Availability and cost may limit that option. Choose carefully before booking and ask how a change would be handled. It is easier to agree suitable capacity in advance than to solve overcrowding on the road.
