Your day-wise itinerary
01Day 1 — Arrival at Paro – Transfer to Thimphu
Arrive at Paro International Airport. Meet our representative and transfer to Thimphu (approx. 1.5 hours drive). En route, stop at Tamchog Lhakhang Iron Bridge. Check-in at your hotel and relax. Visit Tashichho Dzong in the evening. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
02Day 2 — Thimphu Sightseeing
Visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Dordenma Statue). Explore the National Memorial Chorten and Folk Heritage Museum. Stop at the Bhutan Textile Museum and Traditional Medicine Institute. Visit Changangkha Lhakhang and Motithang Takin Preserve. Stroll around the local markets in the evening. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
03Day 3 — Thimphu to Punakha
Drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass (stop for beautiful panoramic views of the Himalayas). Visit Punakha Dzong, one of Bhutan’s most stunning fortresses. Enjoy a short hike to Chimi Lhakhang, the Fertility Temple. Check-in and overnight stay in Punakha.
04Day 4 — Punakha to Paro

05Day 5 — Departure from Paro
