Upon confirmation of booking, your contract is established with M/s. Tour Crown. This agreement is solidified when we confirm your tour/travel services and receive the deposit amount from your end.

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation:

Upon confirmation of booking, your contract is established with M/s. Tour Crown. This agreement is solidified when we confirm your tour/travel services and receive the deposit amount from your end.

Payment Policy:

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure the services contracted with M/s. Tour Crown. This deposit is necessary to confirm your booking.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 15 days prior to the commencement of services. For bookings made within 15 working days of the service date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Special Circumstances:

During peak seasons or for special train journeys, full payment is mandatory at the time of booking. Such periods include festivities like X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.

Mode of Payment:

Various payment methods are available for domestic clients, including online credit/debit card payments, offline credit card payments, cash/cheque/demand draft, and bank transfers. Please note that a 3% bank charge may apply for credit/debit card payments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges:

In the event of tour/travel service cancellation due to any reason, written notification is required. Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive written notice and are as follows:

  • 60 days & prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost
  • 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost
  • 07 days & less prior to arrival or no show: No refund

Special Considerations:

A minimum 10% service charge applies to cancellations made after booking confirmation. Refunds for cancellations after trip commencement are limited and subject to recoverable amounts from service providers.

Refund Procedure:

Refunds for unused/unutilized services will be processed based on the cancellation policy. The refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount for credit card or bank account refunds.


Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-In and Check-Out Timings:

Standard check-in time is between 1200 – 1500 hours, while check-out time is between 1000 – 1200 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may require advance reservations.

Extra Vehicle Usage:

Costs for additional usage of vehicles beyond transfer or sightseeing are not included in the services provided. Extra usage of vehicles is only permitted if specified in the itinerary.

Liabilities and Limitations:

Please be aware of our limitations regarding unforeseen circumstances such as changes in entrance fees, taxes, or guide charges. We act as agents for service providers and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during the tour.


General Terms and Conditions

Itinerary Flexibility:

Our itineraries are sample schedules subject to change due to various factors such as weather, road conditions, and participant physical ability. Tour Crown reserves the right to amend itineraries for the safety and well-being of participants.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be referred to an arbitrator appointed by Tour Crown Pvt. Ltd. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi (India) Courts, with Indian laws governing the terms and conditions.

Liability Disclaimer:

Tour Crown and its associates act as agents for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, changes, or incidents beyond our control, nor for accidents or injuries sustained during the tour. Visitors are advised to obtain insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, or theft. All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk throughout the tour.

Cancellation and Refund Exceptions:

Please note that refunds will not be provided for cancellations during high peak seasons, festival periods, or long weekends, regardless of the cancellation period.
